果糖氯化钠注射液在车祸多发伤救治中的临床价值分析

摘要

目的对果糖氯化钠注射液在车祸多发伤患者的救治过程中所起到的临床价值进行探究。方法将2013年1月～2015年6月我院收治的86例车祸多发伤患者平均分为两组，在进行救治的过程中，首先为对照组患者使用0.9%氯化钠注射液，为观察组病患使用果糖氯化钠注射液，并在病患治疗后对两组患者的各项血液生化指标进行检验和比较。结果完成治疗之后，两组患者的血液指标与之前相比均有明显改善。两组病患的组间差异进行比较，血钾和血糖指标的绝对值并不存在统计学差异，P＞0.05；但是两组病患的血氯和血钠指标的绝对值存在统计学差异，P＜0.05。结论果糖氯化钠注射液对于车祸多发伤病患的血液生化指标有着更好的稳定作用。%Objective The clinical value of fructose and sodium chloride injection in a car accident with multiple trauma patients in the treatment process to explore played.Methods During January 2013 to June 2015, our hospital 86 cases of traffc accident multiple trauma patients were divided into two groups, during treatment, first using a 0.9% sodium chloride injection as the control group patients for the observation group of patients using fructose and sodium chloride injection, and after the treatment of the patients blood biochemical indices of the two groups of patients were tested and compared.ResultsAfter completing the treatment, blood indicators compared with the previous two groups of patients showed significant improvement.
