肝功能检验中溶血标本对检验结果的影响分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of the test results in the liver function test.Methods In accordance with the specimen whether hemolysis, 98 liver function tests were divided into two groups, the ifrst division (hemolysis) and group B (without hemolysis), to two groups of specimens were carried out liver function test and the test results were observed and compared.ResultsThe samples of ALP, DBIL, -GT, TBIL index than the gamma B group, significant difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). The samples of ALT, TP, AST, ALB were higher than that of group B, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Blood samples in the presence of hemolysis, will lead to the deviation of the liver function indicators, and then on the accuracy of their liver function test.%目的：探究肝功能检验中溶血标本对检验结果准确性的影响。方法按照标本是否溶血，将98份肝功能检验标本分成两组，即甲组（溶血标本）与乙组（未溶血标本），对2组标本均开展肝功能指标检查，且对其检验结果进行观察与比较。结果甲组标本中的ALP、DBIL、γ-GT、TBIL指标均比乙组低，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；甲组标本中的ALT、TP、AST、ALB指标均高于乙组，差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血液标本在出现溶血现象之后，会致使各项肝功能指标出现偏差，继而对其肝功能检验的准确性造成影响。
