循证医学在妇产科教学中的应用与实践

         

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the application value of evidence-based medicine in obstetrics and Gynecology teaching.Methods 140 students of the clinical medicine in grade 2011 were taught by traditional teaching method and150 students in grade 2012 were taught by the evidence based medicine method. Comparison of two groups of students in case analysis, practical skills assessment and practice results. The scores of the case analysis results and practical skills.Results In the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based medicine method can improve students' ability to operate and solve problems, and it is helpful to form a system of evidence based thinking, which has certain value for cultivating innovative talents with high quality.%目的:探讨循证医学在妇产科教学中的应用价值。方法选取我校临床医学系2011级140人为对照组,2012级150人为试验组,分别以传统教学法和循证医学法讲授。比较两组学生的病例分析成绩及实习成绩考核。结果试验组病例分析成绩及实习成绩均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学法可以提高学生动手操作及解决问题的能力,有助于形成系统的循证思维,对于培养高素质的创新型人才有一定的价值。
