微波消解ICP-OES法测定羊栖菜中微量元素含量

摘要

In this paper,the method for determination of Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,As,Mg,Zn,K,Na,Ca,Al and Ba in Sargassum fusiforme by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) has been presented.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits of the twelve elements are in the range of 0.10～1.15 mg/kg with the RSDs of 0.92％～5.08％and recoveries of 90.5 ～107.5％.The results of certified reference are in good agreement with the certified values.The method is simple,fast and accurate,and it is suitable for quantitative determination of trace elements in Sargassum fusiforme,the results provide references for relative research of Sargassum fusi f orme.%建立微波消解ICP-OES法同时测定羊栖菜中Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,As,Mg,Zn,K,Na,Ca,Al和Ba12种元素的分析方法.12种待测元素的检出限为0.10～1.15 mg/kg,RSD为0.92％～5.08％,加标回收率为90.5％～107.5％,对标准物质样品分析的结果与所给参考值吻合.该方法简便、快速、准确,可适用于羊栖菜中微量元素的定量分析,分析结果可为羊栖菜的相关研究提供参考.
