文章运用 SRAP 分子标记分析8种辣椒 DNA 遗传多样性;用12对SRAP 引物进行筛选,有12对可扩增出清晰可辨条带,这12对引物在8种材料中共扩增出103个条带,其中70个条带(67.9%)表现出多态性。根据 Nei 和 Li 等的遗传相似系数(GS)和遗传距离(GD)对上述8种材料进行分析,利用spss 16.0分析软件体系进行聚类,从而构建遗传相关聚类图谱。%Genetic diversity of eight Capsicum annuum DNA is analyzed by means of SRAP molecular markers in present work.12 pairs of SRAP primers are screened,and 103 clear bands are obtained by all those primers amplifying in eight materials,among which, 70 bands (67.9%) presents polymorphism.According to the analysis of the genetic similarity coefficient (GS )and genetic distances (GD)for eight materials of Nei and Li,using the analysis of SPSS 16.0 clustering software system,thus genetic correlation clustering map is constructed.
