煤炭开采的温室气体逸散排放估算研究

摘要

This paper introduces the source and process of greenhouse gas emission fugitive from coal mining. The analysis of fugitive emissions estimate target,tissue,data,methodology, and quality control at home and abroad show that,geological differentiation,data non-integrality and other origin have caused difficult data organization and indeterminate estimate results. Some suggestions,such as an integral basic data system should be established,the mixed estimation method should be employed were put forward.%研究分析了煤炭开采温室气体逸散排放源及其过程、排放量、估算目标与组织、数据与方法学、质量控制，结果表明逸散排放的地质分异性、数据非完整性等自然和人为原因造成估算过程数据组织困难，估算结果不确定性较大；针对我国估算过程中存在的问题和挑战，提出了建设基础数据体系、构建混合估算方法、加强质量控制等建议。
