孤岛工作面7m小煤柱沿空掘巷动压巷道支护技术研究

         

摘要

针对寺家庄矿厚煤层孤岛工作面7m小煤柱沿空掘巷巷道支护难题,对井下原支护方式和围岩变形状况进行调研与分析,提出原有巷道锚杆预紧力低、支护构件组合构件不匹配、施工工艺和机具落后等问题.在此基础上,选取寺家庄矿15106工作面进风巷作为试验巷道,从地质力学参数测定、巷道支护、锚杆锚索布置方式、施工工艺等方面进行系统优化与改进,进行了井下工业性试验和矿压监测.试验表明,通过对原有巷道支护技术进行优化,巷道支护效果明显改善,巷道掘进效率提高,支护密度降低20%,巷道变形量减少60%,取得了良好的支护效果.%Aiming at the problem of gob side entry roadway support in 7 m small pillar isolated work face in the thick coal seam of Sijiazhuang Mine,the initial support method and the deformation of surrounding rock were investigated and analyzed,and the problems of low pretension force,the mismatch of the composite components of support components,and the backward construction technology and equipment were put forward.On this basis,selecting intake airflow roadway of 15106 work face as the experimental roadway,the system optimization and improvement were made from the aspects of geomechanical parameters measurement,roadway support,anchor cable layout and construction technology,and the underground industrial test and mine pressure monitoring were carried out.The test shows that through the optimization of the initial roadway support technology,the effect of roadway support and the driving efficiency were obviously improved,the support density was reduced by 20%,the road-way deformation was reduced by 60%,and the favorable support effect had been obtained.
