: Seven new boronic acid adducts of technetium(IlI) tris(dioxdrie) (BATO) were prepared and the biodistribution in mice of 99mTc labelled BATOs were determined. The uptake of 1.62%ID in mice heart at 2 min after injection of WeTcCl(MeCDO)3,BMe indicates high myocardial extraction of this BATO. 99m TcCl(MeCDO)3BMe shows promise as a myocardial perfosion driaging agent.
