Infrastructure is the key issue of the Belt and Road initiative. During the past 30 years of China's reform and opening up ,the introduction of market mechanisms in the field of public goods supply,the improvement of investor diversification,and the use of the leading role of development finance has been used to improve the speed and quality of infrastructure construction in China. The experience and practice of infrastructure construction in China can be learned by all of the countries along the Belt and Road. First,they can learn how infrastructure constructions in late-developing economic entity improve the level of economic development. Second,they can learn how multilateral development institutions in which China leading and participating invested in infrastructure construction with the pattern of development finance. Third,they can learn how China built and improved the investing and financing mechanism with diversified investors.%基础设施是"一带一路"建设中的关键.中国改革开放30多年来,通过将市场机制引入公共产品供给领域、完善多元投资主体、发挥开发性金融带动作用等方式,快速推进了基础设施建设.中国基础设施建设中积累的经验和做法可以为"一带一路"沿线国家和地区提供借鉴.一是借鉴后发经济体基础设施建设对经济发展的带动作用;二是借鉴中国参与和主导的多边开发机构利用开发性金融进行基础设施投资的模式;三是借鉴中国构建和完善多元投资主体投融资机制的方式.
