海南省的规模猪场自购疫苗补贴试点工作

摘要

本文介绍了海南省规模猪场自购疫苗试点工作采取的基本做法：一制定试点实施方案，二遴选规模猪场，三核算发放补贴。总结存在的问题：一缺乏专项经费，二补贴核算标准低，三申报材料烦琐，核实难，四自购疫苗监管难，最后提出规模猪场自购疫苗补贴的相关建议。%The basic practices of the self-purchase vaccine subsidy in intensive swine farms in Hainan province were introduced in the article,including working out the pilot implementation programs,selecting pilot farms and checking and delivering the subsidy. The existing problems were summarized,such as lack of special fund,low subsidy, overelaborate procedure in application and difficult approval,and finally the relevant suggestions for self-purchased vaccine subsidy were proposed.
