鸭肝炎病毒对雏鸭脑组织损伤的研究

         

摘要

In order to study the pathological changes in brain tissues caused by DHV with time,the pathology model was established by means of artificial infection of ducklings with DHV. Conventional pathology techniques and the tis-sue free radical determination were used to detect the DHV infection development,the association of brain lesions with infection time and the association of biochemical index with pathological lesions. Results showed that the test duckling group developed pathological changes in the brain in different degrees at different times,NO and MDA in the brain tis-sue changed consistently with time. It was concluded that NO played an important role in the incidence of viral hepatitis ducklings and the process of development,which may be one of the important reasons of neurological symptoms and brain lesions in ducklings.%为系统研究鸭肝炎病毒(DHV)在脑组织引起的病理变化随时间的发展变化规律,通过人工感染雏鸭DHV的方法建立DHV的疾病病理模型,运用常规病理技术、组织中自由基的测定等方法,探索DHV感染时间的发展,脑组织病变和感染时间之间的关联度以及组织生化指标和脑组织病变之间的关联度。结果显示,试验组雏鸭大脑于攻毒后不同时间内出现不同程度的病理变化,脑组织中NO、MDA含量随时间变化一致。试验得出:NO在雏鸭病毒性肝炎的发生、发展的过程中发挥了重要作用,可能是雏鸭出现神经症状和脑组织病变的重要原因之一。
