转场畜禽检疫监管对策探讨

摘要

Part domestic livestock and poultry farmers frequently transfer their breeding places for livestock and poultry at present,and therefore the feeding files this need to be rebuild ,and the production-place quarantine is difficult to be carried out,so the suggestions were put forward to transfer regulatory records and establish livestock and poultry breed-ing system in this paper.%目前国内部分畜禽养殖场户频繁转移其养殖场所，这既需要重建养殖档案，又无法开展产地检疫，建议通过对接监管记录和建立全国的畜禽饲养管理系统来解决这一问题。
