This paper explains the effects of urban farmland on the formation of sustainable urban environment, demonstrates the current situation of farmland management by farmers and urban residents, and discuss that flexible use of urban farmland can provide guiding instructions for urban planning in the formation of future sustainable development of urban environment.%说明城市农用地对可持续发展的城市环境之形成所起的作用，论证农户和城市居民对于农用地管理的现状，并在探讨今后可持续发展的城市环境之形成中，活用城市农用地能对城市规划提供指导性意见。
