晋北堡寨式聚落防御性特征初探——以大同市天镇县新平堡镇为例

摘要

Shanxi Province as one of the cradles of Chinese civilization was famous for its long history and a distant culture. The complex landscape features, hillside, near the border line of the Great Wall favorable terrain, the volatile social environment provides the necessary conditions for the fort settlement emergence and development. The Ancient Fort settlement has a certain representation as one of the typical form of defensive settlements in Chinese traditional architectural culture. This article is based on field research taking Xinping Bao of Datong City to exhibit, from the perspective of architecture and sociology, analyzed the two aspects of technical and spirit from on the Fort defensive settlement in the north of Shanxi province.%山西省作为华夏文明的发源地之一，以其悠久的历史、厚重的文化名闻遐迩．复杂多变的地貌特征，依山，而建、紧邻长城边防线的有利地势、曾经动荡不安的社会环境，都为堡寨聚落的产生和发展提供了不可或缺的条件。而堡寨聚落作为古代典型的防御性聚落形式，在我国传统建筑文化中具有一定的代表性。以实地调研为基础，选取大同市天镇县新平堡镇进行分析，从建筑学和社会学的视角，对晋北堡寨式聚落的防御性，从物质性和精神性两方面进行探析.
