开发区的外资集聚对地区城镇化的影响*--基于东部三大城市群的比较分析

摘要

开发区是推进我国城镇化发展的重要模式。近年来，东部三大城市群的开发区在引进FDI方面一直保持着强劲的势头，开发区的外资集聚应会给当地的城镇化带来重大影响。我国开发区利用FDI出现了重心北扩和西进的现象，在此背景下，通过构建面板和时间序列数据计量模型对东部三大城市群进行实证比较；研究表明，开发区的外资集聚总体上能够显著推动地区的城镇化发展，但三大城市群开发区外资集聚对城镇化的影响是存在差异的；说明地区城镇化的发展是一项系统工程，开发区的外资集聚对城镇化发展的正向影响还依赖于地区经济发展水平和产业结构的相互作用。%The development zone is an important mode of promoting urbanization in China.Recently,development zones of eastern urban agglomerations have had a strong momentum in terms of attracting foreign direct investment(FDI),which has had a significant impact on regional urbanization.Under the background that FDI of development zones is shifted to the North and West,the paper uses an empirical study based on panel and time series data to compare three urban agglomerations in eastern China;The result shows that:FDI agglomeration of development zones can efectively promote regional urbanization on the whole,but the effect is different from three urban agglomerations;It means that regional urbanization is a system engineering where efect of FDI agglomeration of development zones on regional urbanization also depends on level of regional economic development and industry structure.
