(E)-2,3,3-三甲基-4-甲氧基-5-(3’-甲基-2’-丁烯基)-6-苯乙烯基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃的合成及机理研究

         

摘要

Compound 2 as longistyle C derivative was synthesized by reaction of longistyle C with 1-chloro-3-methyl-2-butene.Then the titled compound which is a kind of longistyle C derivative containing a five-member ring was obtained by the Claisen rearrangement and cyclization reaction of compound 2.The structures of as-synthesized compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,MS spectra,elemental analysis and quantum computing.In addition,the reasonable mechanisms of the rearrangement and cyclization reaction were also discussed.%天然提取的木豆素C与氯代异戊烯反应,生成木豆素C的衍生物2,此衍生物通过克莱森重排和关环反应,得到了一个含五元环的木豆素C的衍生物(E)-2,3,3-三甲基-4-甲氧基-5-(3’-甲基-2’-丁烯基)-6-苯乙烯基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃。其结构经1H NMR、MS、元素分析和量子计算得到确证,并讨论了可能的重排反应及环化机制。
