Fifteen kinds of 2-heterocyclic-4-( substituted )aryl-l, 5-benzothiazepines were designed and synthesized, and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 'H NMR, and MS techniques. Their antifungal activities against some fungi were evaluated, and the results indicated that none of them had fungicidal activities. The study did help for exploring the structure-activity relationship of the benzothiazepines.%设计、合成了15种2-芳杂环-4-(取代)芳环-1,5-苯并硫氮杂(革)衍生物.所有目标化合物的结构经过元素分析、IR、MS及1H NMR确证,并且测定了目标化合物的抑真菌活性.该研究为杂(革)类化合物的抑菌构效关系提供了启示.
