The new preparation process of 2,2 '-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate (hereinafter referred to as phosphate)in the polar solvent (acetonitrile)and the recycling of acetonitrile was studied. The process of recovering acetonitrile firstly and then hydrolysis when the chlorinated phosphate was prepared could avoide the problems of the separation of acetonitrile and water. And the recycling rate of acetonitrile was about 84%'~86%. With the acetonitrile recycled,the yield of phosphate reached up to 91. 8% and its purity reached up to 93.3%.%研究了在极性溶剂乙腈中制备2,2'-亚甲基-双(4,6-二-叔丁基苯基)磷酸酯(以下简称磷酸酯)并将溶剂乙腈回收循环使用的新工艺.在反应生成氯代磷酸酯后,采用先回收溶剂乙腈再进行水解的制备工艺,避免了乙腈与水的分离难题,乙腈的回收率为84%~86%;将回收的乙腈循环使用,磷酸酯的收率达到91.8%以上、纯度达到93.3%以上.
