苯酚对斑马鱼的抗氧化酶活性及运动行为的影响

         

摘要

To investigate the biological response of Brachydaniorerio exposed to phenol pollutants,using Brachydaniorerio as a model organism,the effects of phenol on acute toxicity,antioxidant enzyme activity,and movement behavior of Brachydaniorerio were studied by a semi-static test.The results showed that,the LC50 values(24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h)of phenol to Brachydaniorerio were 24.247 mg·L-1 ,18.548 mg·L-1 ,15.511 mg·L-1 and 13.554 mg·L-1 ,respectively.The variation of Na+K+-ATPase activity and SOD activity could reflect the damage of phenol to gill and liver of Brachydaniorerio.Enzyme in Brachydaniorerio was sensitive to phenol pollutants and could be a valid biomarker of phenol pollutants.Movement behavior changes of Brachy-daniorerio correlated with stress concentration and time of phenol,and presented regularity.So,online monito-ring technology based on the movement behavior changes of Brachydaniorerio is an effective way to realize on-line early warning of water quality.%为了考察斑马鱼对苯酚类污染物的生物反应,以斑马鱼作为模式生物,采用半静态实验法研究了苯酚对斑马鱼的急性毒性、抗氧化酶活性及运动行为的影响.结果表明:苯酚对斑马鱼的24 h、48 h、72 h、96 h的LC50分别为24.247 mg·L-1、18.548 mg·L-1、15.511 mg·L-1、13.554 mg·L-1;斑马鱼鳃中的Na+K+-ATP酶活性和肝脏中的SOD活性的变化反映出苯酚对斑马鱼的鳃和肝脏具有损伤作用,斑马鱼体内酶对苯酚污染敏感,可以将其作为苯酚污染的有效生物标志物;斑马鱼的运动行为变化与苯酚浓度及染毒时间明显相关,且呈规律性,可以通过监测斑马鱼的运动行为变化实现苯酚污染的在线预警.
