乙二胺双缩5-甲基-3-羧基水杨醛镍(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与晶体结构

         

摘要

The title complex Ni(EMS) [H2EMS = N,N'-bis(5-methyl-3-carboxylsalicylidene)-ethylene diamine] was synthesized. Its crystal structure was confirmed by infrared spectrome-try, ultraviolet-visible light spectrometry, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Results indicate that as-prepared title complex belongs to monoclinic system of space group C2/c, with unit cell parameters of a = 1. 933 85(17) nm, b = 0.974 24(9) nm, c = 0.951 86(9) nm, β = 91.084 (2)°, V = 1.793 02(28) nm3, Z = 4, Mr= 441.07, Dc= 1.633 83 g/cm3, F(000) = 912, μ = 1.126 mm-1, iR1 = 0.035 2, wR2= 0.081 5, and S = 1.027. The Ni( Ⅱ ) ion in the complex is coordinated with two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms in a square planar manner.%合成了乙二胺双缩5-甲基-3-羧基水杨醛Schiff碱(H2EMS)镍(Ⅱ)配合物Ni(EMS),利用红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱和单晶X射线衍射分析了配合物的组成和结构.结果表明,合成的配合物Ni(EMS)属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,其晶胞参数为:a=1.933 85(17) nm,b=0.97424(9) nm,c=0.951 86(9) nm,β=91.084(2)°,V=1.793 02(28) nm3,Z=4,M,=441.07,Dc=1.633 83 g/cm3,F(000)=912,μ=1.126mm-,R1=0.035 2,wR2=0.081 5,S=1.027.配合物中的镍离子采取四配位方式,处于平面正方形配位环境中.
