Hollow SiO2‐SH nanospheres were synthesized through the hytrodthermal method , then these microspheres were used to adsorb directly Ni 2 + ions to form SiO 2‐SH‐Ni2 + compos‐ite materials .In the end ,the His‐tagged fusion proteins can be separated from the mixture pro‐teins by the SiO 2‐SH‐Ni 2 + composite materials .The experimental results show that it is suit‐able for these prepared microspheres to separate the His‐tagged proteins .%本文作者通过水热法合成了中空 SiO2‐SH 纳米微球,然后直接用其吸附 Ni2+,从而形成 SiO2‐SH‐Ni2+复合材料,以此材料为载体,可以将以组氨酸为标签的(His‐tagged)的融合蛋白直接从细胞裂解液中进行分离纯化,实验结果表明,该微球适合于 His‐tagged 融合蛋白的分离纯化。
