巴戟天中蒽醌类成分的提取工艺研究

摘要

本文对巴戟天中蒽醌类成分的提取工艺进行了研究, 实验表明:粉碎粒度为200目;100mL乙醇回流3h;100mL乙酸乙酯溶解回流稠膏物;碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠和碳酸钠等体积混和且用量为80mL作为提取液, 氯仿萃取液体积为100mL时10g巴戟天提取工艺效果较好.%The extraction technology of Anthraquinones in Merinda Officinalis was studied, the experiments showed:the extracting technique of 10 g Merinda Officinalis was optimum when the pulverous diameter was 200 mesh, circumfluence time of 100 mL ethanol was three hours, the cream refluxed was dissolves by 100 mL CH3CH2OOCCH3, the extraction solution was consist of 80 mL the mixture of equal NaHCO3, NaOH and Na2CO3, 100 mL chloroform was used as the extractive solution.
