The ligand of 2,6-bis[N-(5'-hydroxy-3'-azaamyl) carbamoyl] pyridine based on pyridine-2,6-diamides and its cobalt ( Ⅲ)complex had been synthesized and characterized by using elemental analysis, H&13C NMR,IR and UV-Vis,and the complex formulae of C30H46N10O10Co2 · 4H2O · 4CH3COONa had been determined through elemental analysis. The spectral property of the free ligand and its cobalt ( Iff) complex had been discussed with the comparison method, and then the coordinating atoms of the target ligand were determined.%合成了一种吡啶-2,6-双酰胺配体2,6-双[N-(5′-羟基-3′-氮杂戊基)甲酰胺]吡啶及其钴(Ⅲ)配合物,利用元素分析、核磁共振谱、红外吸收光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱对目标产物进行结构表征与确认,经元素分析确定配合物组成为C30H46N10010Co2·4H2O·4CH3COONa,通过对比分析的方法讨论了配位前后游离配体与钴(Ⅲ)配合物的红外吸收光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱的谱学性质,并得出目标配体参与金属Co(Ⅲ)配位的配位原子.
