对甲苯磺酰氯催化的meso-四芳基卟啉的合成

摘要

报道了一种改进了的meso-四芳基卟啉合成方法.利用对甲苯磺酰氯催化吡咯和芳香醛缩合生成中间物卟啉原,卟啉原中间物在紫外光照射下被空气氧化生成四芳基卟啉.该方法所用催化剂价廉易得,氧化过程绿色.整体反应条件简单,易于操作,产率高.%An efficient and economical synthesis of meso-tetraarylporphyrins was accomplished through p-CH3C6H4SO2Cl(TsCl) catalyzed condensation of pyrrole and aryl aldehydes,and subsequent oxidation by air under ultraviolet( UV) irradiation. The advan-tages of this method included the use of inexpensive and easily available catalyst,avoidance of heavy consumption of dichlorometh-ane,innocuous oxidant,and good yield.
