Co(NH3)62+催化乙炔氧化缩聚合成β型线型碳

         

摘要

The synthesis of β-carbyne was studied by oxidation polycondensation of acetylene using[ Co( NH3) 6 ] 2+ as the catalyst,hydrochloric acid as the acidulant at the temperature of 35℃. The configuration of β-carbyne was characterized by Fr-IR, Raman and XRD spectra. The highest yield of β-carbyne reaches 61.18% ,and the content of residual Co( Ⅱ )in β-carbyne is as low as 1.7℃% while the amount of cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride hexahydrate is 0. 4g at pH 6. 0. TG and DTA images show that β-carbyne can transform into ot-carbyne at the temperature of 227.4℃ ,and further into diamond at 370℃ ~420℃.%在T=35℃的条件下,以盐酸为酸化剂、[Co(NH3)6]2+为催化剂,催化乙炔氧化缩聚合成了β型线型碳.通过红外光谱、拉曼光谱和x-衍射对产物进行了结构表征.pH=6,六水氯化钴(Ⅱ)用量为0.4g时,β型线型碳的产率为61.18%,其中Co(Ⅱ)的含量为1.72%.TG和DTA分析结果表明:在227.4℃时,β型线型碳向a型线型碳转化,而在370℃-420℃时,β型线型碳实现了向金刚石的转化.
