一种基于1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物的荧光探针对锌离子和焦磷酸根的接力识别

         

摘要

A 1,3,4-oxadiazole derivative-based fluorescent probe L was designed and synthesized. In HEPES buffered(0. 01 mol· dm-3,pH=7. 4)water solution,L exhibited high selectivity towards Zn2+ with a red-shifted emission. L binds Zn2+ through a 1:2 binding stoishiometry. The in situ formed L-2Zn2+complex could act as a relay recognition probe to pyrophosphate(PPi),PPi could further bind the zincionsin the complex and results in emission blue shift. Through successive interaction of L with Zn2+and PPi,the excited state intermolecular proton transfer( ESIPT) property was perturbed,thus a ratiometric emission output relay recognition was achieved.%设计合成了一种基于1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物的接力识别功能荧光探针L,在水溶液中(HEPES 0.01 mol·dm-3,pH=7.4)探针L对Zn2+具有良好的选择性,可引起荧光增强并红移,二者的结合比为1:2.原位生成的配合物L-2Zn2+可接力识别焦磷酸根(PPi),PPi与配合物中的锌离子继续络合,并可引起发射蓝移.通过L与Zn2+和PPi的相继作用,扰动了L的激发态分子内质子转移性质,实现了荧光信号比率输出的接力识别.
