系列Co-aip聚物的合成、结构及表面光电性能

         

摘要

Three Co ( Ⅱ ) coordination polymers with the ligand of 5-aminosalicylic groups, [ Co2 (aip) 2 ·(bipy) ]n · 2nH2O(1), [ Co ( aip ) ( imH ) ] n ( 2 ) and [ Co ( aip ) ( phen ) ] n ( 3 ) ( H2 aip = 5-aminosalicylic acid, bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine, imH = imidazole, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The structures were characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, IR spectum, UV-Vis spectrum, elemental analysis, surface photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and field-induced surface photovoltage spectroscopy(FISPS). The structural analyses indicate that complex 1 is 3D infinite coordination polymer;complexes 2 and 3 are both 2D infinite coordination polymers, and hydrogen bonds link the complexes further connect to 3D infinite structures. There are four coordination patterns of aip groups:μ3-ηoηoηoηo2,μη5-ηn1 ηo1 ηo1 ηo1 ηo1,μ3-ηηn1 ηo1 ηo1 andμ3-ηn1 ηo1 ηo1 ηo1. SPS and FISPS results reveal that complexes 1-3 exhibit positive surface photovoltage responses in the range of 300-800 nm, which indicates that the three polymers have certain photo-electric conversion properties. The influences of coordiantion enviroment and demensition for the SPS and the relationships between UV-Vis spectra and SPS were disscussed.%采用水热法合成了3种以5-氨基间苯二甲酸根为桥连配体的Co(Ⅱ)配聚物:[Co2(aip)2(bipy)]n·2nH2O(1),[Co(aip)(imH)]n(2)和[Co(aip)(phen)]n(3)(H2aip=5-氨基间苯二甲酸,bipy=2,2′-联吡啶,imH=咪唑,phen=1,10-邻菲啰啉).通过X射线单晶衍射、红外(IR)光谱、紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱、元素分析、表面光电压光谱(SPS)和场诱导表面光电压光谱(FISPS)等方法对配聚物进行了表征.结构解析表明,配聚物1具有3D无限结构,配聚物2和3具有2D无限结构,但它们又分别通过氢键或π-π堆积作用进一步形成3D无限结构.在配聚物中,aip基团采取了μ3-ηo1ηo1ηo1ηo2,μ5-ηn1ηo1ηo1ηo1ηo1,μ3-ηn1ηo1ηo1和μ3-ηn1ηo1ηo1ηo1 4种配位模式.SPS和FISPS结果显示,配聚物1~3在300~800 nm范围内均呈现正的表面光伏响应(SPV),表明3个配聚物均具有一定的光电转换能力.讨论了配位环境和空间维度对配聚物表面光电响应的影响以及SPS与UV-Vis吸收光谱的对应关系.
