尿素产业在全球化时代的挑战和应对

摘要

Author has analyzed the features of globalization age and the problems facing to traditional urea enterprise;has discussed the technologies,methods and effects for treatment of waste water,waste oil and waste gas and discharge reduction of CO2 has proposed the low carbon economy idea and energy conservation measures in allusion to urea plant;conclusion is considered that only through the self owned knowledge innovation and creating the new type of green and low carbon urea plant which will meet our national situation,the balance point between the development and the challenge in the globalization age for the urea production industry.%分析了全球化时代的特点和我国传统尿素产业面临的问题;论述了三废治理和CO2减排的技术、方法和效果;提出了针对尿素装置的低碳经济理念和节能技改措施;结论认为,尿素产业只有通过自主知识创新,创建符合国情的新型绿色低碳尿素装置,才能在全球化时代找到发展与挑战之间的平衡点。
