透平氨压缩机组干气密封磨损原因分析和解决方法

摘要

阐述了透平氨压缩机组的工艺流程，针对盘车机构转速高造成干气密封损坏的问题，提出了在盘车电机和盘车机构中间再增加一个减速机的方案，结果表明：仅需改造成本3000元，时间3周，就可大大提高干气密封的使用寿命。%The technological processes of turbines ammonia compressor unit was illustrated. The high rotation of the turning gear led to the abrasion of the dry gas seal structure. It was suggested that a reduction gears should be fixed between the turning motor and the turning gear. And the result showed that this treatment measure could extend the dry gas seal device’s service life, which only cost 3 weeks and 3 000 yuan.
