WHG干煤粉加压气化上行水激冷试验研究

摘要

介绍了河南龙宇煤化工有限公司WHG干煤粉加压气化工艺的流程以及合成气上行水激冷方式.分析了激冷喷嘴、操作温度以及CO2工况等因素对WHG运行的影响.在多次调试和试运行的基础上提出了WHG干煤粉气化装置进一步的改进方向.%This paper introduces the WHG dry pulverized coal gasification process and synthesis gas upstream water quenching method.It also analyzes the influence of the cooling nozzle,operating temperature and CO2 conditions on the operation of WHG.On the basis of debugging and trial operation,the further improvement direction of WHG dry coal gasification unit is put forward.
