以南通300t/a工业级磷酸二氢钾中试装置为例,阐述了盐酸分解中低品位磷矿的工业化运行情况,该工艺可不经过选矿,直接使用中低品位磷矿为原料,用盐酸分解磷矿,将五氧化二磷转移至中间结晶体(P01)中,然后通过一系列的化学反应可直接获得净化的工业级磷酸盐.磷收率可达到90% 以上,产品品质可达到工业级一等品的要求.该中试装置为中低品位磷矿的综合利用及副产盐酸的利用开拓了一个全新的途径,为以后大型工业化装置的建设与运行打下了良好的基础.%Taking the pilot plant of Nantong 300t/a Industrial-Grade potassium dihydrogen phosphate for instance ,this paper elaborates the in-dustrial application status of decomposing medium-low grade phosphorus ore with hydrochloric acid .This process directly uses medium-low phosphorus ore as raw material without beneficiation ,decomposes phosphorus ore with hydrochloric acid to transfer phosphorus pentoxide into intermediate crystalline and finally get purified industrial-grade phosphate directly through chemical reactions .The phosphorus recovery rate rea-ches above 90% and the product quality meets the requirement of Industrial Grade Ⅰ .This pilot plant has opened up a new way to the compre-hensive utilization of medium-low grade phosphorus ore and utilization of the byproduct hydrochloric acid ,which has laid a solid foundation for the building and operation of large industrial plants in the future .
