摘要

This paper analyzes the factors affecting the long-term operation of pelletizer of Hydro urea fluid bed from the perspective of person-nel ,machinery ,material ,method and environment .The key factors are found out and specific measures ,such as strengthening process manage-ment and equipment maintenance ,are taken to guarantee the long-term operation of pelletizer .%从人、机、料、法、环5个方面分析了影响尿素海德鲁流化床造粒装置长周期运行的因素,找出重要因素,采取针对性的措施,如加强工艺管理、设备维护等,使得造粒机长周期的运行得到保证.
