This paper introduces the gradient utilization of phosphatein overseas large phosphorus chemical projects being planned and built at present .Against the backdrop of the gradual transition of the state's industrial development strategy from catch-up leapfrog developmentto sup-ply-side reform ,it proposes that the current transformation and upgrading path of phosphorus chemical industry should adopt gradient utilization of phosphorus acid featuring hemi-dihydrate wet-process phosphoric acid process and wet-process phosphoric acid purification as the core ele-ments and promotes the industry chaindevelopment mode of phosphorus fertilizer enterprises from the traditional ore-to-fertilizer mode to ore-to-fertilizer+ salt+ high-end water soluble fertilizer/liquid fertilizer .It is of great significance to advance the supply-side reform in phosphorus chemical industry ,improve the supply-sidequality and efficiency of phosphorus chemical plants and is bound to push phosphorus chemical indus-try to a new stage and usher in a bright future .%介绍了磷的梯级利用在目前规划和在建的国外大型磷化工项目中的应用情况.结合国家产业发展战略逐步从赶超性的跨越式发展过渡到实施供给侧改革的背景,提出当前磷化工转型升级路径应采用以半水-二水法湿法磷酸工艺和湿法净化磷酸为核心的磷酸梯级利用方式,进而促进磷肥企业由传统"矿-肥"走向"矿-肥+盐+高端水溶肥/液体肥"的产业链发展模式,在推动磷化工行业供给侧改革、提高行业磷化工供给侧质量和效率方面具有重要意义,必将使磷化工行业迈上新台阶,迎来更美好的明天.
