冷凝器折流板的设计与竖向布置

摘要

在化工生产中冷凝器是一种常用设备,其工作原理与普通换热器大致相同,但又有其特殊性,往往因为内部折流板设计或设备竖向布置不合理,导致使用效果不佳.最重要的是折流板下部要留有液体流动缺口,卧式冷凝器还要倾斜放置,使冷凝下来的液体能够及时流出来.本文给出了冷凝器内部折流板设计和设备竖向布置的注意事项,分析了几个设计失误的工程实例,给出了一个最佳工程实例.%As a common equipment in chemical production,condenser has roughly the same working principle as ordinary heat exchangers,but it also has unique features.The condenser often does not work well due to unreasonable design or vertical arrangement of the inner baffle plate. It is essential that there should be some space for liquid flow on the lower part of the baffle plate and the horizontal condenser should be laid in an inclined manner so that the condensate can flow out timely.This paper presents tips on the design and vertical arrangement of baffle plate inside the condenser by analyzing several improper designs and presenting an excellent example.
