关于化工企业搬迁中法律问题的思考

摘要

企业搬迁是一个庞杂的系统工程。企业不仅要对旧厂区土地、厂房以及设备等进行相应处理，又要处理企业员工变动适宜。同时，企业还要处理原厂区土地及房屋的物上抵押权法律问题、新厂区厂房、设备和管道安装等相关法律问题。化工企业由于性质特殊，搬迁过程往往显得更加复杂，几乎涉及到方方面面的法律问题，必须引起重视。由于文章篇幅限制，仅就化工企业搬迁中房屋、设备、固废物以及危险化学品涉及的法律问题进行思考。%Enterprise relocation is a complex system engineering.Enterprises not only to the old factory land,plant and equipment, such as the corresponding treatment,but also to deal with changes in corporate employees appropriate.At the same time,enterprises should also deal with the original factory land and housing mortgage on the legal issues,the new plant plant,equipment and pipeline installation and other related legal issues.Chemical industry because of the special nature of the relocation process is often more complex, almost all aspects of the legal issues involved,we must pay attention.Due to the limitation of article length,this article only considers the legal problems involved in the relocation of chemical industry enterprises,such as houses,equipment,solid wastes and dangerous chemicals.
