泥浆化验室的建立对现场钻井液的检控与指导应用

泥浆化验室承担了老君庙油田钻井现场的泥浆性能检测、配方优化、检验钻井液用处理剂的功能.通过半年多的运行,实现了上述功能,并且在钻井现场推广应用优化的配方,给出了合理的处理剂用量,降低了成本并且能够预防井下复杂的发生,实施效果显著.%The mud laboratory is responsible for mud performance testing,formula optimization and drilling fluid treatment agent function in Laojunmiao Oilfield.After more than half a year of operation,the above functions were realized,and the optimized formula was popularized and applied at the drilling site,a reasonable dosage of the treatment agent was given,the cost was reduced,the complicated occurrence in the well was prevented,and the implementation effect was remarkable.
