碳源对序批式生物反应器工艺脱氮除磷的影响

         

摘要

The effects of different carbon sources on removal efficiency of COD, NH4-N and PO4-P in imulative wastewater were investigated by using a sequencing batch reactor (SBR) when a total operation cycle, hydraulic retention time ( HRT), pH and sludge age were 7 h , 38 h, 7.5-8.3 and 14 d, respectively.The results show that the removal efficiency of PO4-P is used as a decision factor to judge the most suitable carbon source.When glucose, fructose, maltose and starch are used as a sole carbon source, glucose is the most suitable carbohydrate source and the removal efficiency of COD, NH4-N and PO4-P is 89%, 93% and 88%, respectively.When a mixture of mass ratio 1: 1 of glucose to organic acids, including methanoic acid, acetic acid, propanoic acid and butyric acid is used as a sole carbon source, a mixture of glucose-acetic acid is the most suitable carbon source because acetic acid is readily utilized to form energy-storage substance by microorganisms under anaerobic conditions, and the balance is achieved between energy generation and polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) synthesis.The maximum removal efficiency of COD, NH4-N and PO4-P is 97%, 96% and 96%, respectively.%以模拟废水为处理对象,采用序批式生物反应器(SBR)考察不同碳源对COD、NH4-N和PO4-P去除效果的影响.结果表明:当SBR运行周期为7 h,水力停留时间为38 h,pH值为7.5-8.3,污泥龄维持在14 d,PO4-P去除率作为判断最适合碳源的决定性因素,分别采用葡萄糖、果糖、麦芽糖、淀粉作为唯一碳源时,葡萄糖最适合作为碳源,其COD、NH4-N和PO4-P去除率分别达到89%,93%和88%.采用葡萄糖/有机酸(如甲酸、乙酸、丙酸和丁酸)混合物(质量比1∶1)作为唯一碳源时,葡萄糖/乙酸混合最适合作为碳源,厌氧阶段乙酸易被微生物利用形成储能物质,能量的产生与聚β羟基丁酸(pHB)的合成达到了平衡,COD、NH4-N和PO4-P去除率分别达到97%,96%和96%.
