A central composite design (CCD) mathematic model of response surface methodology (RSM) was adopted to optimize the process parameters of starch-graft-polyacrylamide. The effects of initiator concentration,reaction temperature, and the mass ratio of monomer to starch on the total conversion Y1 and the percentage of grafting Y2 were investigated. The optimum conditions were obtained by contour superposition graph method,including initiator concentration 3.451 mmol/L, reaction temperature 50 ℃, and the mass ratio of monomer to starch 1.54: 1. Under these conditions, the values of Y1 and Y2 are 93.06% and 54.42%, respectively. The experimental and predicted values of the total conversion and the percentage of grafting are in good agreement.%采用响应面分析法(RSM)中CCD数学模型优化淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺共聚物的工艺参数,考察引发剂浓度、反应温度、单体淀粉质量比对单体转化率Y<,1>与接枝率Y<,2>的影响.实验采用等高线莺叠法获得最佳工艺条件:引发剂浓度3.451 mmoL/L、反应温度50℃、单体淀粉质量比在1.54:1,此条件下,产物单体转化率为93.06%,接枝率为54.42%,与预测结果很相近.
