动态模拟用于加压汽提塔控制优化

     

摘要

The pressurized stripper with side-draw is one of the key units in the process of coal-gasification wastewater treatment. There are some problems in the present control scheme, such as unstable operation. The dynamic characteristics of the stripping process were revealed and the capabilities of disturbance rejection and the responses for abnormal situations that may occur in real plant were discussed with dynamic simulation. The deficiency of the present control scheme was analyzed and an alternative scheme was proposed. The simulation and real industrial application demonstrate the advantages of the process in which the plant can run smoothly in a long term, the product quality indexes can be controlled simply and stably, and the system has low steam consumption and strong anti-disturbance ability.%带侧线加压单塔是煤气化废水工艺中的关键设备之一.但现有控制方案,存在操作难以稳定等问题.在对汽提塔动态模型讨论基础上,借助Aspen Dynamics动态模拟工具,对该汽提塔的动态特性、控制方案抗扰动能力以及对异常情况的响应情况等进行了深入讨论,在模拟基础上分析了现有控制方案的不足,并提出了改进方案.模拟和工业运行的结果表明:改进后方案能保证系统安全平稳运行,质量指标控制稳定,抗扰动能力强.
