In the low temperature reaction section, the two reactors react at the adsorption and regeneration phases respectively. The MCRC process flow was introduced and the sulfur recovery rate of whole flow under the given output of sulfur and acid gas inlet flow changing was simulated, with the highest value achieving 99.2% in average, which can guide the field operator to monitor whether n(H:S) :n(SO2) is 2 at reactor outlet so as to adjust the furnace combustion air flow.
