新型气力搅拌式生物反应器的实验研究

         

摘要

In order to culture the cell of the microbe and flora or fauna, a new membrane bioreactor was developed.The microporous rubber membrane was used for lowering the stirring shear force to meet the stirring demand for the fluid media with rich dissolved oxygen, high density and high viscosity. In this experiment, the flow characteristic,pressure loss, gas holdup and dissolved oxygen mass concentration for the reactor were investigated, and the microporous rubber membrane with better comprehensive properties was selected. The result indicates that this kind of membrane bioreactor is featured by homogeneous air bubble, high rate of oxygen supply, good properties of blending and no mechanical shear damage on the liquid medium in the reactor. Compared with the conventional mechanical string membrane bioreactor, the reactor has obvious advantages and can be widely used in the mediumsize and small-size reactors that have higher requirement for the shear properties of medium.%为了研制培养微生物和动植物细胞或组织的生物反应器,采用微孔橡胶膜片装置使产生的搅拌剪切力较低,以满足溶氧需求较高、介质密度较高、同时具有较高黏度的液体介质的搅拌要求.实验过程中,对生物反应器进行了流动特性观察、压力损失、反应器内含气率及溶氧质量浓度的测量等实验,选取了综合性能较好的微孔橡胶膜片.结果表明:这种生物反应器产生的气泡比较均匀,供氧效率高,且具有较好的介质混合性能,对反应器内的液体介质无机械的剪切破坏.与传统机械式搅拌生物反应器相比,具有明显的优点,可应用于对介质剪切性能要求较高的中小型反应器.
