基于环境友好的盐酸生产吸收系统研究

         

摘要

Focusing on the technical problems that the unreasonable setting of absorption system in hydrochloric acid production leads to environmental pollution, the design method, mathematical model and experimental method were put forward through analyzing the process characteristics and main equipment structure. Five kinds of typical absorption systems were compared based on environment-friendly. The results demonstrate that the absorption system of secondary falling film plus tail gas absorption system, secondary falling film plus tail gas absorber plus water jet pump absorption system can satisfy the environmental protective discharge standard of hydrogen chloride gas. By comprehensive consideration, secondary falling film plus tail gas absorption system was optimal, which can save production cost by 76 800 yuan and save electricity by 9.6 × 104 kW · h, and the design of absorption system should guarantee the operational temperature of tail gas absorber less than 40 ℃.%针对盐酸生产中吸收系统设置不合理造成环境污染这一技术问题,通过分析工艺及设备结构特点.提出设计方法、数学模型和实验方案,基于环境友好对5种典型吸收系统进行研究.结果表明:二级降膜+尾气吸收系统和二级降膜+尾气吸收塔+水喷射泵吸收系统可满足氯化氢气体的排放标准,综合考虑以二级降膜+尾气吸收系统为最佳,比后者每年可节约生产成本7.68万元,节电9.6×10<'4>kW·h,且吸收系统的设计应保证尾气吸收塔操作温度小于40℃.
