异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅱ和Ⅲ的竞争吸附数学模型研究

         

摘要

采用竞争吸附法分离异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅱ和Ⅲ.分别采用扩展Langmuir、扩展Langmuir-Freundlich和扩展Jovanovic-Freundlich模型拟合了稀溶液中异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅱ和Ⅲ在HZ820上的竞争吸附热力学行为.其中扩展Jovanovic-Langmuir模型取得了最好的结果.并研究了温度和pH值对HZ820吸附异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅱ和Ⅲ的吸附量和选择性的影响,实验表明:提高温度利于异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅱ和Ⅲ在HZ820上吸附量的增大和选择性的提高,而提高pH值利于增大异戊酰螺旋霉素Ⅱ和Ⅲ在HZ820上的吸附量,而选择性则在pH值接近6.5时趋于最大值.%The equilibrium adsorption experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of pH and temperature on the competitive adsorption of 4"-O-isova)erylspiramycin II and III in aqueous solutions onto the macroporous resin HZ820. The binary competitive adsorption behavior of 4"-0-isovalerylspiramycin II and III was described by means of the extended Langmuir, Langmuir-Freundlich and Jovanovic-Freundlich models, among which the extended Langmuir-Freundlich adsorption model gave the best competitive isotherm fits for both 4"-O-isovalerylspiramycin II and III. The selectivities and adsorption capacities of HZ820 for 4"-0-isovalerylspiramycin II and HI were also studied. The result shows that the adsorption capacities of 4"-O-isovalerylspiramycin II and III increase with increasing pH and temperature, respectively. The selectivity increases with temperature rise, and reaches a maximum value as pH is increased to 6. 5.
