以In(NO3)3·5H2O原料,通过水热法一步制备了In2O3晶体。通过XRD、SEM等手段对所制备样品的物相、粒度和形貌进行了表征。研究结果表明,通过此方法所制备的样品为高纯相的In2O3晶体,并具有由纳米粒子堆积组装成的类球型形貌,粒径为200nm左右,大小均匀。在此基础上,研究了In(NO3)3·5H2O用量对所制备样品形貌的影响。结果表明,增加In(NO3)3·5H2O用量会使粒子堆积更加致密。此外,通过研究结果对In2O3类球体的形成机理进行了初步探讨。%In2O3 craystals were prepared by one-step hydrothermal method using In (NO3)3·5H2O as raw ma-terial. The phase, size and morphology of the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The study results show that the In2O3 crystals with higher pure phase can be obtained by the method. Moreover, the prepared sam-ples have well-defined spherical morphology and the average size is about 200nm with good dispersity. On the ba-sis of the results, the effect of the amount of In (NO3)3·5H2O on the morphology of the prepared sample was stud-ied. The results show that increasing the amount of In(NO3)3·5H2O will promote particle accumulation. In addition, the growth mechanism of In2O3 spheres was discussed according to the results.
