Cu(NO3)2浸渍改性活性炭吸附剂的制备及其脱硫性能研究

         

摘要

Cupric nitrate modified activated carbon adsorbents were prepared via immersion method.The effects of preparation conditions on the desulfurization performance of adsorbents were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor using a mixture of H2S and nitrogen as raw fuel gas.The results show the desulfurization performance of adsorbents was successfully improved after modification with cupric nitrate.The adsorbent prepared from immersing in a solution with 5(wt)% cupric nitrate in water for 24h and calcinated at 300℃ exhibited best desulfurization performance.The H2S satur ation capacity reached up to 55.4 mg·g-1,which was increased by 38.2 mg ·g-1 compared with unmodified activated carbon.The total H2S removal rate was 98.92 %.%采用浸渍法制备了Cu(NO3)2改性的活性炭吸附剂,以低浓度硫化氢和氮气混合气为模拟原料气,在固定吸附床上考察了吸附剂制备条件对脱除硫化氢性能的影响.结果表明,浸渍Cu(NO3)2能有效改善活性炭对硫化氢的吸附脱硫能力,在Cu(NO3)2浸渍浓度为5(wt)%、浸渍时间24h、焙烧温度300℃的条件下,制备的改性活性炭吸附脱硫效果最佳,饱和硫容和脱硫率分别达到55.4 mg·g-1和98.92%,饱和硫容比未经改性的活性炭提高了38.2 mg·g-1.
