六连杆压力机精度影响因素分析

摘要

介绍影响六连杆压力机滑块运动精度的主要因素，分析这些因素在滑块上下运动周期中对运动精度的影响，给出在调试中判断影响因素的理论依据，为更有效、快速地进行精度调整提供指导。%　　This article describes the major factors that have negative influence on the slide movement precision of six-link presses. The analysis on the influence of those factors on the up/down movement of the slide and the presentation of the theoretical basis to judge those factors during commissioning can guide to perform the precision adjustment more efficiently and quickly.
