冷轧机板形调控能力评价指标研究

摘要

基于板形基本理论模型和七种板形评价指标，开发冷轧机板形调控能力分析评价软件，以六辊CVC轧机和UCM轧机为例进行计算，通过量化比较得出两种机型板形调控能力的评价结果。%　　An evaluation software to analyse and evaluate the plate shape control ability of cold mills is developed on the basis of basic plate shape theoretical models and seven plate shape evaluation indexes. A 6-H CVC mill and UCM mill are taken for examples to make the calculation to compare the evaluation results of the plate shape control ability of those two kinds of mills.
