粗轧立辊减速机结构分析

The paper studies the structure of the gear reducer and the head of the lifting hydraulic cylinder on the edger of the rough mill in a 1780mm hot strip production line, solves the problems that exits in the piping of the lifting hydraulic cylinder of the gear reducer , and perform configuration analysis and service lift calculation on the bearings on the input shaft and output shaft of the gear reducer.%　　对某钢铁公司1780 mm热连轧粗轧立辊减速机结构形式及提升液压缸缸头部分的结构特点进行分析，改进立辊减速机提升液压缸配管存在的问题，并对输入输出端轴承进行配置分析和寿命计算。
