以MATLAB为软件开发工具,开发适用于长轴类铸锻件立式喷淬工艺优化的软件。该软件可以通过选择材料牌号或输入材料物性和组织转变曲线参数、工件尺寸参数、喷淬装置特征及喷淬工艺参数等,实时计算及预测喷淬过程中的温度场和组织场,并根据喷淬装置特征与材料组织转变特征给出水量逐级减小的优化工艺,以达到节能减排的目的。同时,对长轴类铸锻件喷淬工艺优化软件的结构组织、功能特点、应用实例与优化工艺的实施验证情况进行介绍。%MATLAB is used to develop the software for the optimization of quenching process for large-shaft castings and forgings. With this software, the temperature profile and structure field of the quenching process can be calculated in real time and predicted by choosing material designation or entering material properties, structure transformation parameters, size of castings and forgings, parameters of quenching device and quenching process data. The software can optimize the quenching process that will need the water less by less on the basis of the characteristics of quenching devices and material micro-structure transformation. The paper describes the configuration, function, application examples and application verification of the optimization software for the quenching process of large-shaft castings and forgings.
