博途V12在波动管推弯机中的应用

摘要

The pipe bending machine that services in the welding workshop of China Heavy Industries uses Siemens S7-300 as programmable controller and Portal V12 as programming software for touch screen. The sensors and encoders can display acquired data on the touch screen interfaces, so the complete automation system has high monitoring and data exchange abilities, which make it easier for the operator to check the bending process in order to reduce the probability of the equipment failures and increase the efficiency.%管道推弯机是为一重某焊接车间制造的推管设备，采用西门子S7-300做为可编程控制器，博途V12做为触摸屏编程软件，通过传感器和编码器将采集的数据显示在触摸屏显示界面上，整套自动化系统具有较好的监控能力和数据交换能力，方便操作人员对现场推弯过程的统一查看，能降低设备发生故障的概率，对提高生产效率起到了很大作用。
